I have the TC Electronic Zeus on my main board and I have to admit I mainly use it as a boost as I also have a BD-2 and UM-300/DS-2. Great video though. Can't wait to explore the pedal a bit more.

I got the pink Harley Benton but it looks like yours with the Gyker trem. I put in 1Meg pots and a switchable cap inside and I am shocked how good it is. I did some shielding as well. it's GREAT! I think I commented on your other video like a year ago.

Definitely not perfect. The E strings are far too close to the edges. I had to sell mine due to this issue.

I heard so many people say that the fretboard radius isn't an issue at all and then I bought the Silver Sky and I can only say coming from a 10" radius - this is so terrible. I sent the guitar right back. I think it is not a good idea to talk this feature down - the fretboard is where you live as a guitar player.

What does this offer to hold a $2750 price tag? No stainless frets?!? Fender Ultra Luxe, Ultra, and Professional II stratocasters are superior in every single way. The Silver Sky SE only sold well the last two years because they sold them 20% off. John Mayer hasn't been relevant since 2003. 😂

Sounds like it would be nice into a Twin, add a little dirt when the Twin can’t be cranked. I like the Lightspeed for this but curious to try this for a different flavor

Years ago Fender did limited runs of a new color. They had the guitars made in Korea by Cort (yes they moved to Indonesia). Cort made the Fender and it even said Made in the USA on the headstock. They took the neck off and a loaded pickguard off and shipped to the Fender USA as parts. They were put back together in the US and could be sold legally as made in the USA. I had one that was factory second I bought as parts from a Korean guy when Cort moved to Indonesia and auctioned off any parts. He was a former employee and he knew what he had. It only had a small paint blemish on the back of the body. I sold it to a cop ,LOL. Yes I told the guy this story but he just thought it was cool.

I had an early 90's Korean Squire Telecaster. It had an all in one maple neck. It was great, I cannot remember why on earth I sold it. Vid inclines me to get a T style guitar again.

Yikes. Not sure when we feel down the rabbit hole, but there's just way, way too many effects, emulators, variations, pedals, IRs, etc, etc... spend more time screwing around with knobs and switches than actually playing.

I’ve had this one for a while. I never tried to make it match anything else. It’s really great to just try to match the “distortion” sound you have in your head, not a pedal.

Schecter's specs are nothing like PRS. 14" radius, roasted maple, thin neck shape, satin finish, and the spokewheel truss rod are specs that PRS just doesn't do often, if at all on the non-signature production models.

Come on Schecter, crap headstock design - give it some style, please!

Nice review. Pluses, I like the output plug on the side of the guitar instead of on top. Tone sounds great. Minuses, the shape of the pickguard looks odd, especially near the neck pickup.
